We process and ship out all orders within 1 - 3 business days, unless otherwise stated in specific situations (such as pre-order items).
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping our orders.
When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please note, there is often a short delay between when you receive the email and when the tracking number will be accessible in the USPS online system (as it takes the USPS system up to 12 hours to process tracking info and make it available for online use).
Please also note that once a package is accepted for shipment by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package and although we're happy to help, delivery inquiries should be directed to the USPS.
Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location, as we are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are solely responsible for the shipping address you enter for your order. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any reshipment charges and we do not replace orders shipped to erroneous addresses (nor can we guarantee the same items will be in stock). However, if you notify us of the mistake before we process and ship your order, we'll be happy to correct the address (we can be reached via email at email@example.com).
We cannot guarantee delivery and/or transit times, as these things are often out of our control and subject to variables such as holidays, weather, etc.
